We are launching a new series of exclusive tasting dinners dedicated to discovering some of the world’s most distinctive flavors. The first evening will be devoted to caviar – one of gastronomy’s most refined ingredients. We invite you to a special evening where you will discover different varieties of caviar through a carefully curated 5-course tasting menu. During the evening, you will meet Telegrafas Executive Chef Donatas Šatkauskas and a caviar expert from Riga, who has worked with some of the world’s finest caviar for more than 25 years. He will share insights into the history of caviar, its varieties, and pairings.
